China Machinery (Jining) Industrial Co., Ltd. (CNMC) was established in 1953, with a registered capital of 106.2 million RMB. Formerly known as "the Seventh Transport Equipment Company directly under the Ministry of Housing and Urban - Rural Development of the P.R.C", it set up the Jining Branch of Shandong Industrial Equipment Company in 1958 (a state - owned enterprise under MOHURD). In 1989, it grew into Shandong Industrial Second Transport Equipment Manufacturing Company. In cooperation with partners, it established Shandong Deer.az Co., Ltd. which was engaged in real estate and machinery manufacturing. In 2010, the enterprise was transformed into Shandong China Transport Industrial Group. In 2016, Jining China Machinery Imp&Exp Co., Ltd., Jining Shenghong Textiles Co., Ltd. and its first overseas branch, PT. China DEER.AZ Engineering Indonesia, were established. It is a famous large - scale comprehensive group, involved in engineering installation, real estate, machinery manufacturing, textile and clothing, as well as all import and export businesses.
